Can't you imagine her, all grown up, flipping out because one day, she thought she would lose her Jacob? Eventually, the Cullens will have to leave and they'll take Nessie with them.
And if Jacob goes too, he probabaly won't be a wolf anymore, because he won't need to protect the tribe, because he no longer would be part of it. So he would start aging again, and Nessie would be trapped in her teens forever =[
I am aware that Jacob is technically a "shapeshifter", not a "werewolf". But I called him a WOLF, not a WEREWOLF. So no flipping out like some chick on the oekaki.
